Our Care Assistants come from varied ethnic backgrounds and ages. All must have care experience either working as a care assistant, a nurse, or in some cases having gained sufficient experience in care from other care agencies.
All our Care Staff are able to perform the daily tasks involved in running a household, while being responsible care workers and companions. In line with the National Care Standards Act, we carry out Disclosure and Barring Service Checks (DBS) and ensure that they are legally able to work within the UK before starting work with us.
All Nurses and Care Assistants undergo a thorough application process. As a result, we guarantee all staff are fully compliant and ready to work without delay. We take pride in delivering the best standards of care ensuring each Service User receives the care they deserve. We operate a 24 hour service and if you are in need of care or help out of office hours, then you can call on us at any time.
